Peaceful place by Tomasvatnet. A family-friendly cabin with space for 4–5 people, perfect for those who want nature, tranquility and a break from everyday life. The cabin is also a great starting point for trips to Børgefjell National Park. The cabin is located approx. 1 km from the parking lot. In winter, you have to go in on foot or on skis. The trip usually takes around 20 minutes, depending on the driving and pace. During the summer months, it is possible to drive all the way to the cabin (approximately from the end of May to the middle of October).

Water is collected in the stream 30 meters from the cabin. You can drive all the way to the cabin wall in summer and winter. The main cabin with 3 bedrooms has one double bed and two bunk beds, while the annex has one double bed, plenty of space for the big family or group of friends.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. The cabin was restored in 2026, with a new kitchenette, stove, and dishwasher. Vesterbukt Feriehytter offers accommodation in beautiful Hattfjelldal. On the farm, the little ones can greet the farm animals and perhaps catch a glimpse of all the beautiful, wild animals in the surrounding area. A boat can be rented for an additional fee when renting for more than 2 days. Fly fishing is popular in mountain lakes with little vegetation around. Welcome to our place!

Especially suitable for guests who want fishing or other nature experiences in the area, such as the Børgefjell National Parks and Lomsdal-Visten. Hosting has good local knowledge and can suggest visitor destinations in the Vefsna region.

Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place. In winter, the house is located by ski slopes and snowmobile tracks. In summer there are nice hiking areas in the vicinity of the house and about 1 km from the lake with a beach. The house is located approx. 500 m from Majavatn Station. And there is a charging station for electric cars just 400 m from the house.
