Hollidge House Luxury Urban Apartments is a renovated bluestone villa, originally built by David Hollidge in 1880. Located close to awesome restaurants, coffee shops & supermarkets in the suburb of Fullarton, it is only a couple of minutes from the City of Adelaide and gateway to the Adelaide Hills. Our large Pool Villa apartment, which is totally private & secluded, has a landscaped courtyard with an in-ground pool (open seasonally) plus large kitchen and bathroom, with claw-foot bath.

Step into rustic charm with a touch of luxe comfort at the Barn. Here, you'll find the best parts of glamping—without the tent. The Barn might not be for everyone, especially if you need an en-suite bathroom, but it offers something truly special: no neighbours, no streetlights, and a vast sky filled with twinkling stars. Nestled on our five-acre property, Pondicherri, the Barn is part of a collection of historic outbuildings, offering a countryside escape. Plus we welcome your fur baby.

This property is situated in a prestigious area of Clare Valley, characterized by a picturesque setting with a spacious lawn and garden. Four bedrooms, including three doubles and two singles, each offering views of either the countryside or the garden. Two bathrooms, Wi-Fi/Netflix/Firestick. Modern appliances throughout, spacious living areas, and a designated study. The kitchen is fully equipped, all rooms have RC/AC, ceiling fans in bedrooms. Alfresco dining under shady tree near pool.

Stay in our spacious loft. Please note: NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private. Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services but a hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Spa cost included in nightly rate stay.
