Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Great Bay Beach

My stay at Smaart Vacation exceeded my expectations. Everything was as it was described on the booking site. The view was breathtaking! The property was in the perfect location. It was a lot to do in the area. I will book with them again in the near future. Look no further for a perfect stay in SXM.

Shelby was very attentive to our needs. Water is not hot but that apparently is what the island has. Water pressure is not the greatest but did the job. Being beside the airport was very convenient but not quiet. We all had a great trip and appreciate Shelby a lot.

Pauline was a superb host giving great recommendations for our time on the island from car, kayak and atv rentals to local tours and food places. She helped arrange and coordinated everything seamlessly. She also accommodated our request for a late check out. The villa itself is quite peaceful with spectacular views. There are 2 other villas on the property but that didn’t take away from its privacy and we always felt secure. There are several supermarkets, beaches and restaurants close by. Its worth having a car to go about and see the island. Pinel island, the lolos (try getting the crab dumplings)and market in Marigot are worth visiting. Gutside restaurant husband and wife team Richard and Lourdes were simply the best, friendly service great food. Ask about their Tea punch. They can be found on the way to Friars Beach. La Cigale, for a nice romantic dinner is also nearby. Thank you Pauline we had a great time enjoying the island, the villa and its views! Would book again!

From start to finish, our 7 night stay at the villa was flawless! The villa was spotless, fully stocked, and everything was explained completely when we arrived. The windows on the pool side of the villa can open up almost entirely, which was truly beautiful. We felt very secure and the location was ideal, just a 3 minute drive to Porto Cupecoy and Baie Longue. Our 3 boys really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was the perfect addition for the parents to relax in while the boys swam. The new pickleball court was a perfect fun addition. Daily housekeeping was such a nice bonus too! We had one minor issue when the power flashed off briefly (common on the French side) and the generator kicked on immediately but one of the breakers didn't fully reset. The host was so quick to respond (we felt bad even bothering her) and the issue was resolved in minutes. We really appreciated how responsive and friendly she was.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood with increadible views of the ocean. Home is well-stocked, including fully-stocked kitchen. The outdoor area is amazing and the beds are super comfortable. Very convenient location for our three favorite beaches---Friar's Bay, Anse Marcel, and Orient! Linda and Gilles and their entire team were very responsive when minor issues arose. We enjoyed our trip very much!

Great villa with stunning views of the ocean from almost every room. The place was clean,kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The bathrooms were nice and big with a great shower. The only downside was that the villa is on a steep hill so please rent a car because walking up the hill is definitely a struggle.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Beautiful home. Amazing host. The driveway is extremely steep, but Helene will show you how to drive your car up the hill. Great neighborhood. Thank you for everything!

I stayed with my husband and 18 year-old son for 9 nights in this beautiful villa. The photos do not do it justice! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need, and there are lots of towels, including beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Air conditioning units works really well and the place is very clean. My favourite part though was the lovely view of the ocean, beach and hillside! Danielle was very helpful and friendly checking us in and out and she provided us with lots of recommendations, and the owner reached out to us also. Communication was excellent from booking to after check out. The area is lovely, and Indigo Beach and the restaurant on the beach were fabulous. Rented very comfortable lounge chairs & umbrellas from them and really enjoyed their beach service and food. Lots of other restaurants close by too. I highly recommend staying here!

Chris is an amazing host. His place was beautiful, everything I had envisioned. Would stay here again and would recommend Chris and his beautiful villa to anyone else! Walk right to the beach with your morning coffee in hand.

Our stay in Orient Village was immaculate. The view was incredible. It is very well located. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to orient beach and is a 10 minute drive to Grand Case. The front deck was perfect for enjoying the sunrise, having our meals, and relaxing by the pool. We loved the outdoor space in the back as well, it was much larger than anticipated and the hot tub was great and we wish we could have used the outdoor kitchen. Dafne gave an excellent tour when we arrived and provided wonderful recommendations. The host was also incredibly responsive with any other concerns or questions we had. Overall we would absolutely stay again.
