Retired Royal Guard Iconic London Walk

I invite you to join me to see Royal palaces and other iconic royal sites, hear personal stories of my experiences with members of the Royal Family and even get to see a piece of Prince William's and Kate's wedding cake! We will start at Trafalgar Square and hear about its history and then move on to see the pomp and pageantry of the Changing of the King's Life Guard. We then walk along The Mall to St James' Palace and Clarence House where I will tell you tales of Princes William and Harry the night before William's wedding. Next is a short walk to Buckingham Palace where you will have more opportunities to take photos and hear stories of the Royal household. We then walk into picturesque St James' Park where there is a chance to pause (kiosk available for drinks) and look at gifts presented to me by members of the Royal family. On the way to Parliament Square I will tell you all about the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament and Big Ben). The final part of the walk takes us along Whitehall, past Downing Street (home of the Prime Minister) and then to the spot where King Charles 1st was executed. We will finish back at Trafalgar Square. Other things to note: If on the 2pm walk we will see a shortened Guard change at 4pm. We will have an opportunity on the way for a short stop for you to buy drinks and visit a toilet.

Penny Farthing Bike Tour London

Go back in time and ride a penny farthing bike on the streets of Westminster in central London. Since the late 19th century, Londoners have had a continued love affair with the high wheel bicycle, officially named the Penny Farthing bike for their wheels’ resemblance to the British penny and farthing coins. • We'll meet at the culturally significant London Scottish House in Westminster and we'll introduce you to the bike and provide you with your safety equipment. • Then we'll head out onto the streets where you will learn to safely mount, ride, and dismount. • After a short coffee break, we’ll head out on a leisurely guided journey around the Westminster area, past many iconic locations such as the Palace of Westminster, the gardens of 10 Downing Street and Buckingham Palace. After a short photo stop, we’ll roll on back to London Scottish House and return to the present day. PLEASE NOTE, this is a physically demanding experience and is recommended for intermediate to advanced adult bike riders at least 5 feet and 3 inches (160 centimeters) tall and under 220 pounds (100 kilograms). Although we take all the safety precautions we can and do our best to create a fun, secure environment for guests, there is risk of injury maneuvering a penny farthing bike and you will be participating at your own risk.

Join me, an artist/musician and teacher at the Royal Drawing School, for an immersive creative experience. • To begin with we will step into my world as a painter, for a hands-on colour and paint-making session in my studio, located in a lively artist-filled building in Hackney. • We’ll explore pigments, experiment with mixing paint from scratch, and play with how colours interact. No experience is needed—just a chance to have fun and create! You’ll get to take home the painting you make as a keepsake of the day. • Then, we’ll explore some of the neighbourhood’s hidden gems—from lively music spots to Columbia road- full of shops brimming with unique finds. Join me for a four-hour ride in my black cab. • I can pick you up at Charing Cross Station or, with advance notice, at the place where you're staying. • We'll cruise through the heart of London, stopping for photos and stories at famous sites like Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and St. Paul's Cathedral. • I'll take you to off-the-beaten-path spots as well, like street art hot spots and hidden gems that only cabbies know about, and we'll take a break for tea tasting at Twinings. Whether it's your first time in London or you visit here regularly, I'll show you new sides of this historic, fascinating city.

We have lived here for 20+ years and know all the streets, the hidden corners, legends and stories. (also pubs...) We will head over London Bridge, getting views of the Tower of London, The Shard (Europe's tallest building), HMS Belfast (WW2 battleship), the famous square mile (financial district), before going into Borough Market. The market is a well known film location (Wizards & a certain Leaky Cauldron), we walk through and head to Southwark Cathedral & the Golden Hinde (Sir Francis Drakes ship) On the way to Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, we will see some of London's oldest streets and also the UK's oldest Prison (The Clink) This area is steeped in history with old warehouse and cobbled streets. City Photoshoot with Pro Photographer

This will be a unique opportunity for you to get photographed in Manchester by a pro photographer whilst you are travelling this beautiful city. You don't have to be a model, anyone can do it! We'll meet at the Piccadilly Gardens in city center and then walk towards the Northern Quarter to find great spots to take photos. It will be a relaxed walk while I snap some amazing photos of you in some great Manchester city centre locations. You'll have the city as your background for the shoot, and I will help you find the right poses/postures to capture your best looks. I will make sure you have great pictures to take home with you for a unique souvenir of your time here in Manchester. Following back streets and dedicated bike lanes, you'll ride from Big Ben past Westminster Abbey and up to Buckingham Palace, the home of the Queen, where we'll see the Royal Guards in their dapper uniforms. Secret Old London

Standing by some of the most foreboding locations in the city, I'll tell you about the gruesome executions which took place here, and the partying and revelry which accompanied them! You'll be taken within the shell of a church destroyed in the Blitz, and be led into the park which displays one of the most touching memorials to self sacrifice you could possibly imagine. Sirhowy Valley E Bike Tour

Our E bike experience will allow you to explore the beautiful scenery and history of the Sirhowy Valley area with the amazing power of our pedal assisted electric mountain bikes. After an introduction to the E bikes and instruction on how to use them, when everyone is comfortable and happy with their bike we set off on our adventure. We will start out on quiet lanes heading down to the 17th century Mill at Gelligroes and learn about it's fascinating history and association with the Titanic! From here we join the cycle route travelling down the Sirhowy valley for a few leisurely miles before a short climb up into the forest with spectacular views of the valley below and Twmbarlwm (ancient iron age fort) on the hillside opposite. We then enjoy the descent down to the park in Crosskeys followed by a short section on a quiet road and pavement before joining a hidden gem of ride on an undulating track through forest and ancient woodland. Finally we climb back to the top of Mynyddislwyn passing the medieval St Tudor's church then cruise back down to Ty Coppi, for a well earned hot drink and cake and we can share our stories and photos of the day - you will be leaving with a new perspective of the area , new friends and an ebike on your wish list ! The E bikes make it all good fun, they are Eco Friendly The terrain is tarmac lanes, gravel forest roads .
