Nestled among olive trees on a hillside, it is just a 3-minute drive (12 minute walk) from the main road and the nearest beach. With its traditional green shutters—a true symbol of Dalmatian heritage—the house captures the timeless spirit of the region. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers complete tranquility, complemented by breathtaking sunsets each evening.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

Misto II combines wide Adriatic views with a bright open-plan living space that leads directly to the private saltwater pool and Mediterranean garden. All four en-suite bedrooms face the sea, including a ground-floor bedroom with direct access to the pool area. A shaded lounge and covered outdoor kitchen create comfortable places to relax and eat together. The house accommodates up to eight guests, welcomes pets and is only a short drive from Primošten.

In the lower part there is an open space with a kitchen, a dining room living room with a large sofa bed for two people, and a bathroom with a shower.
