  • Goatie Cuddle!
Visit our peaceful, natural, and unique farm setting! Spend time meeting our menagerie of critters as you make your way through the farm to our baby goats! Put life on pause as you enjoy an hour and a half of tranquility in a secluded area on our farm while cuddling cute baby goats! After some initial cuddle time, we’ll introduce you to the rest of the herd. You can even take the goats on a forage in the woods while walking a peaceful nature trail, if you’d like! Other things to note Larger groups may be accommodated upon request. The Goatie Cuddle experience is best when tailored to smaller, more intimate (rather than mixed) groups.

  • Play with baby miniature goats
In an hour-long experience, visitors will meet and play with this year's babies. These babies are bonded to humans and will climb all over you. Near the end of the hour, visitors are welcome to visit the rest of the goats and I'll be happy to answer any questions they might have about goat life. (Don't see a date that works for you? Drop me a message and let's see if we can't make another day work. We can even do another time if you are prepared to meet the babies without feeding them. Want to come with a group larger than 6? Drop me a message, and we'll see what we can do.) Other things to note: You will get dirty and covered in animal hair! Babies can get a bit crazy so be prepared for some adorable chaos.

  • Hugs, Hike, and Hang with Rescue Goats
Did you know that spending time around animals reduces stress and increases feelings of happiness? You can double that when they are rescued goats! Come spend outdoor time in a small group with ample room for social distancing to meet some of the most affectionate goats there are. Visitors will get to meet and learn about each goat and breed as well as their rescue stories, behaviors and unique characteristics of the species. We are loaded with goat fun facts and corny goat puns to add a little laughter into our day! You'll also become part of the herd when we proceed to hike through marked trails on our 9 acre property with the goats, who enjoy navigating the trails and foraging along the way. Watching the goats in a natural habitat and bonding with them is truly magical. We end with extra quality time with all of the goats, who love lots of attention, allowing for plenty of hugs, scratches, and photo ops. Everyone leaves with a small goat fun fact booklet and sticker of their favorite goat. This experience is fun for all ages - we have an equal amount of adults and children. If a date or time isn't available on our calendar, please ask! We have an open schedule and would love to accommodate you if we can! Other things to note This experience is rain or shine. Bringing water bottles is recommended. *Please note that there is no public restroom on-site.

  • Goat Walkabout
The Experience After being greeted on the farm, guests will be introduced to the goats while they are still in a fenced pasture. Once the goats are released, we will follow them in their meanderings while gently leading them to where we want to go (open meadows, woodlands, pond) depending on weather conditions and the state of the terrain. As we shepherd the goats, we will observe what they are choosing to eat and how they are interacting with each other. Guests will learn to listen to their bells to locate them and to call them. Moments of blissful silence will alternate with passionate conversation about what it takes to grow healthy food. The walk can take up to 2 hours depending on the weather and everybody's disposition. You will be participating in the goats' meal plan, so we will set out on time, at 10am. The goats are hungry in the morning! Pets and Children Unfortunately, pets are not welcome due to the high level of interaction with the goats. This experience is best suited for children ages 10+. What to Bring Please cover your ankles, legs, and arms for protection against brambles, burrs, and bugs. Hiking shoes or boots are best, they are sturdy and will provide good support for the walk. I always encourage bringing a water bottle and a seasonal hat. Other things to note The goats travel across all sorts of terrain: up and downhill, through marshes and creeks, in open fields and shady woodlands. The walkabout is at a relaxed pace and will cover around a mile.
