Room1 Here's an affordable solution for you if you need a room with access to a kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and dryer, plus two lovely cats that you share with another room downstairs. The room is centrally located in Nuuk, but set back from the city's traffic. Beautiful panoramic view of the city and the fjord. The room is located near the house's boiler, which can occasionally be heard. However, this did not bother the room's previous occupant.

The apartment is on two floors and has two bathrooms – one on each floor – which provides plenty of space and comfort during the stay. Note: There may be other guests staying in the apartment on the lower floor with their own entrance. We therefore ask all guests to show consideration and respect for each other during the stay.

Lovely nicely decorated house, close to the center in quiet surroundings. Nice views of the sea and the harbor. In summer, you can see whales from the living room. At 5 minutes' walk you can get to the cross-country ski slope or hiking trails in nature.
