Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

Keep it simple at this peaceful home located in the middle of small-town USA. It's conveniently located next to the public library with a quaint coffee shop just a short block away. Experience local community by walking to the nearby bakery and exploring Amish gift shops for unique treasures and handmade goods or the walking trail at Lions Community Park near Little Sugar Creek. There is more outdoor enjoyment right at your fingertips for a day of tubing, kayaking, or fishing in French Creek.

The Creekside Cottage

The Creekside Cottage is quietly located on our 240 acre property. If you're looking for a quiet "get-away" then our quaint, studio cottage is for you. We have a queen bed. Outside, we have a fire ring with firewood, grill, outdoor seating, and beautiful view. We DO NOT have TV/internet, or WiFi, although most phones get service. There is a small kitchenette but there is NO oven/stove. We DO have a toaster oven, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot Keurig, coffee pods, and bottled water.

Charming Farm Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful homestead cottage nestled among mature pines. Scenic views and tasty natural treats abound on the guest house of this 6 acre homestead. Enjoy an evening by the wood stove or watch the sunrise from the pet friendly deck. Ask about lawn games or access to pool and spa attached at the owners' residence down the lane. Located minutes away from fishing lakes, colleges, state parks, game land, and Downtown Mercer. Easy access from I-79, I-80.

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Come and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway, less than a mile from the north end of Conneaut Lake. There is plenty of off-street parking - enough for multiple vehicles, a boat, or trailer.

Welcome to the No. 8 Schoolhouse! This converted school was originally built by artist, Ronald Garrett as an artist retreat. 2024 brought many changes to the Schoolhouse retreat. Owners, Michael and Christina decided the Schoolhouse deserved a revamp. And revamp they did! They remodeled top to bottom while also redesigning to give their guests a funky experience! It's one of a kind. You'll never see another like it!
