Small cozy private studio apartment in our family-owned Soho Townhouse. Meticulously cleaned and disinfected for the Coronavirus era, including UVC LIght Sanitized between each occupancy. We live in the building, so a virus-free environment is critical to my family. Close to many lovely cafes, restaurants, shops. Close to all subways. Please read the detailed description so you get a true feel for the place - it is an incredible apartment but not for everyone!
“Our stay with Karen and Brendan was fantastic! We stayed in their studio as our first location after moving to New York. This was an incredibly busy (and stressful!) time for us, but Karen and Brendan made sure our temporary housing wasn’t one of our stressors. The studio is extremely clean and just as pictured. We stayed in the studio for a month and Karen even made sure to have our place cleaned twice during our stay (and even offered more if we needed it!). Karen and Brendan are very attentive and sincerely want to be sure that you’re stay is fantastic - and they succeed. I would recommend their place for anyone , and we will certainly be recommending it to our friends and family.”

“Can't recommend David and Rick's place highly enough, such wonderful warm people welcoming us kindly on arrival taking us patiently through the space. The location in our view is #1 in NYC - right in the heart of the cool Meatpacking District, only a short stroll to the Highline and Chelsea Market. The space for guests is perfect with comfy bed and large sitting area all for the guests. Just wonderful guys, thankyou so much for making our visit to NYC memorable!!!!”

“This apartment exceeded our expectatiions on many fronts. As seasoned users of Airbnb, we like our stays to be exactly as expected, but this was outstanding because the host, Rhona, acted more like a personal concierge than a host. We were a 3-generational family group, ranging in age from 2 to golden-age and required babysitting facilities as well as very flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only did Rhona oblige, she arranged for her own son to look after the three little boys (2,4,7) and he is a baby-whisperer (truly gifted babysitter!). Absolute peace of mind was enjoyed by their parents, both in the evenings and during the day. There is a lovely roof terrace, which we didn't use this time as it was November, but could see would be amazing. The size of the main room meant that there was space for different activities for everyone. The beds are very comfortable and there is an abundant supply of fluffy towels in the bathroom. The kitchen is well supplied and can easily allow the preparation of complex meals. We live in the heart of London, and have visited New York many times, but this was the first time we have stayed in Greenwich Village. We really enjoyed the buzz of being right in the heart of things, with Washington Square Park just a few minutes away and the Blue Note and Bleeker Street on the doorstep. This apartment is heaven for anyone who loves cities!”
