The attic apartment with its 30 square meters is the perfect size to spend a few nice days for two or even alone. The apartment is absolutely quiet and rural, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom, there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower, which is directly integrated with the bedroom. Pets are not allowed unfortunately. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel ... Everything can be reached by car in about 10-20 minutes.

The small, or "Lütje" apartment is located on the 1st floor, on the south-east side of the house and was only refurbished in late 2020 in a modern, cozy East Frisian style. The apartment has a car parking space at the house. To get to the upper floor, you have to climb a steep staircase.
