With 360 degree views, located in a Regional Natural Park, the apartment has been recently renovated, tastefully decorated with local art and furniture, fully equipped for long stays and with large, comfortable quiet rooms for our guest's peaceful stay!

Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our garage during closed hours. Period residence in the historic centre of Assisi, convenient for walking around with free parking on site. The house includes a large dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, kitchen, two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television, and heating.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
