New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

Kælderlejlighed på 72 m2 i det charmerende Greve landsby, med egen indgang på bagsiden af huset. Adgang til terrasse med udsigt, samt bord og stole. Dobbeltseng i soveværelse, dobbelt sovesofa i stue, enkeltseng bag spiseplads. Der går bus ca et par hundrede meter fra, det tager 8 min til Greve togstation. Gratis parkering, hurtig fibernet-wifi 1000 Mbit/s. Sig til hvis I har brug for andet under jeres ophold, så finder vi ud af det. Mig selv og mine 2 børn, på 11 og 13 bor lige ovenpå

We are ready for 2025! Our house is about 150 m2 and perfect for 6 persons wanting to stay near Copenhagen and at the same time enjoy life at the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen/king size bed, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. And from the livingroom and kitchen you have the nicest view at the sea. We have a lot of things available for you to use during your stay like 3 kayaks, bicycles, boule at the beach and then off course a Weber grill for the barbecue!

A beautiful, bright and child-friendly house in Karlslunde, which is located approx. 30 km south of Copenhagen within the S-train network. The area is scenic within walking distance to both beach, forest and bog The house has a bright living room with open dining room and kitchen as well as access to the terrace and garden, where we have a trampoline, play tower, sandpit and garden furniture. There is a bright bathroom with bath and shower.
