Babelsberg Castle Park is within walking distance, and the interesting residential areas are just around the corner. Everything you need is within walking distance: organic bakery, Italian, ice cream parlor, supermarket, nice beer garden.

The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). Experience Potsdam skin close yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential settlement directly on the Ravensbergen, which invites beautifully to hikes and bike tours. The main train station and Potsdam centre are about 3-5 km away and can be reached very well by public transport. You'll love my place because of the tranquility, the comfortable bed, and so on. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Apartment at Filmpark Babelsberg/RBB/Medienstadt

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) from here by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Babelsberg Film Park and the district of the same name are interesting places to visit. With the S-Bahn, which is about a 15-minute walk away, you can be in Berlin in 25 minutes or in the center of Potsdam in 10 minutes. By car you can reach the highway within 5 minutes, but neither it nor the train can be heard at night.

Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.
