Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Bus on the doorstep, 20 min to the station/S-Bahn and U-Bahn Berlin-Spandau. 15 min to Potsdam. Parking at the house, bike and boat rental at the lake.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The cottage is newly renovated in spring 2021 and ideal for two people, we gladly provide another cot. Rewe, Penny, bakery and are about 1 km away, restaurants closer. Bus station towards Potsdam and Berlin 50 m. Travel time by car to Berlin-Spandau is 15 minutes, and Potsdam about 15 minutes.

The cozy holiday home is located between Berlin and Potsdam in the district of Groß Glienicke. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, the forest and the lakes (Glienicker See and Sakrower See), Groß Glienicke has shops for everyday needs and gastronomy. A good bus connection to Berlin and Potsdam is available. The holiday home is located on the 1st floor and has one bedroom and in the living room a small sofa bed ( two small children).
