Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Our kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances. Brand new is the hot air fryer. One bathroom is furnished with toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub, the second bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. The garden is completely enclosed. Die romantische Einraumwohnung im Landhaus liegt in Menzlin. Das ruhige Dorf befindet sich 2 km von der Peene entfernt, dem "Amazonas des Nordens". Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.

Egal, ob du in der voll eingerichteten Küche kochen möchtest, dich im gemütlichen Wohnbereich entspannen oder einfach die Ruhe genießen willst – hier fühlst du dich bestimmt sofort wie zu Hause!

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)
