The apartment is fully equipped, so hopefully you won't be lacking anything. Whether you want to cook in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the cozy living area, or simply enjoy the tranquility, you’re sure to feel right at home here! The approx. 50 sqm living area (of 140 sqm) is so beautiful that you want to spend the whole vacation inside: oak floors, old wooden beams, cozy sitting area, very well equipped kitchen, large dining area, garden view, fireplace. You can enjoy the large natural garden alone. The first floor is equipped for the disabled. Bedroom; shower room. On the top floor are two bedrooms, also with shower room. There is a sauna for 4 people with a corresponding wet area.

The Peene River (“Amazon of the North”) is a 10-min walk. Lubmin beach is 45 min by car. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswald Bodden. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to the desired locations quickly by car. In the studio apartment there is a 140 cm wide box spring bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed. The small garden invites you to barbecue and offers relaxation.
