The newly renovated apartment (about 30 m²) is located in an old barn on a large property at the end of a quiet street in Liepen. Enjoy the view of the garden with unobstructed views of the fields from the large terrace. If you want to enjoy nature and tranquility and still not be far from the Baltic Sea beaches and lakes, this is the place for you. You can walk to the Peene (Amazon of the North), about 10 min. To the seaside resort of Lubmin: 45 min. by car.

The approx. 50 sqm living area (of 140 sqm) is so beautiful that you want to spend the whole vacation inside: oak floors, old wooden beams, cozy sitting area, very well equipped kitchen, large dining area, garden view, fireplace. You can enjoy the large natural garden alone. The first floor is equipped for the disabled. Bedroom; shower room. On the top floor are two bedrooms, also with shower room. There is a sauna for 4 people with a corresponding wet area.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswald Bodden. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to the desired locations quickly by car. In the studio apartment there is a 140 cm wide box spring bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed. The small garden invites you to barbecue and offers relaxation.

Ziethen is located north of Anklam. The Peenetal Nature Reserve from Jarmen to Anklam is a 3414 hectare nature reserve in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, which was established on May 2010. It includes parts of the Peene Valley with peat bogs, river valley bogs, bog forests and meadows. The Peene Valley is considered the largest contiguous lowland area in Central Europe. The romantic studio apartment in the country house is located in Menzlin. The quiet village is 2 km from the Peene, the "Amazon of the North." From here you can go hiking, boating, paddling or cycling in the wild nature of the Peeneurstrom Valley and the Viking settlement "Altes Lager Menzlin." The Baltic Sea island of Usedom and the beach are 30 km away. Anklam and Greifswald are the nearest cities and are worth a visit.
