Our modern guest studio in Duisburger-Süd on the border with Düsseldorf is ideally suited for holidays in the Ruhr area and the surrounding cities as well as as as a trade fair apartment when visiting Messe Düsseldorf (approx. 10 km) or Messe Essen (approx. 15 km). Duisburg-Rahm and Duisburg-Großenbaum S-Bahn stations are in the immediate vicinity. Grocery stores are within walking distance. The Six Lakes Plateau recreational area is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to hike extensively.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Stadtteil Großenbaum von Duisburg. Nach 3 Minuten Fußweg erreichen Sie die S-Bahnhaltestelle Duisburg Großenbaum. Mit der S1 erreichen Sie folgende Ziele: Flughafen Düsseldorf 8 Min HBF Düsseldorf 20 Min HBF Duisburg 8 Min Die S1 fährt meistens 3 Mal pro Stunde in jede Richtung, auch Nachts. Die Straße ist ruhig gelegen, Sie bekommen immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz dort. Die nächste Autobahnauffahrt ist in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Centrally located with short distances to Düsseldorf or the entire Ruhr area, this is a perfect starting point for your trip. The bedroom has a ceiling height of only 1.35 m. So you should be a little athletic if you want to go to bed at night. The rest of the apartment is normally accessible and usable without further restrictions. We recommend wearing slippers. Especially in winter, the tiles can be cool

Welcome to Rahm - the southernmost district of Duisburg! Our apartment is located in a great area. Daily necessities (bakery, restaurants, hairdresser, bank, cleaning) are all within a radius of 300m. The traffic connections by highway and public transport (bus / train both 400m away) are perfect and yet it is quiet. Ideal for trade fair visitors (Düsseldorf, Essen), for tourists in the Rhein-Ruhr area or for business travelers.

Our newly furnished apartment (40m2)is located on the 1st floor in our two-family house. Central location to the airport (12 km), Düsseldorf exhibition center, with direct connection to the A52, A3 motorway. Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip. A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
