The house is located in a gated community 100 metres from the sea. From the house, if you go out through the balcony area and walk through the garden, you can see the ocean! We only allow one small pet. It is prohibited for the pet to walk on the condominium lawn, whether on a leash or with its owner, and doing so is subject to a fine! The complex has a clean, tree-lined garden that leads guests to the beach! From the living room, you can see the lawn and hear the birds singing, and you can even hear the sound of the sea!

Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available. Pets are not allowed. We speak Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Apartment located in the Village de Guaeca condominium, on Guaeca Beach, approximately 20 meters from the beach. Guaeca is one of the most beautiful beaches in São Sebastião. The area is very quiet, well wooded and has very easy access to the beach. You will be only 3 km from Baraqueçaba Beach, where you will find a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Our guests can enjoy the common pool area of the condominium.

Casa da Costeira Cabaraú is very airy and fresh, spacious and quiet. It has large windows in all the rooms and direct access to the sea (rocky coast) from inside the grounds, through a staircase. The view is stunning. Safe for children and pets (the outdoor space is all surrounded by a screen). The house was built with great affection and care, and we will be very happy to provide you with an excellent stay!

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
