Excellent accommodation, exceeded my expectations, quiet area, you can walk to several restaurants since they are less than 5min walking, equal to the access to the beach, super comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, plus they had the courtesy of leaving coffee, in the early mornings from the balcony you can see the sunrise, hear the sound of the sea and hear the song of the birds, the perfect place to disconnect. i would definitely come back.

Quick, pleasant and easy communication with Arianna., our host. We feel listened to and confident with this experienced host. Very nice place, the beach is beautiful and you can walk there for a long time. There are enough chairs and the pools are clean and very beautiful. The apartment is well furnished. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is working properly, however the bathrooms would need to be renovated. The appliances are a little worn but functional. Juan Dolio is a rather secluded site. A few small convenience stores and restaurants around but the real grocery stores are 15 minutes away by taxi and several USD $. Fridays and Saturdays nights are very noisy. Small karaoke bar across the street. Outside of these evenings, it's a very quiet place.

I had a wonderful time at Maria Cristina’s place. The view of the pool and the ocean is amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was convenient to everything in the town. Maria Cristina was quick to respond and willing to work with and accommodate us.

The property was well-maintained, clean, and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable long-term stay. I had a pleasant experience staying at this apartment. It is located in an exclusive residential area of ​​Juan Dolio. I must highlight that everything was clean, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and full of beautiful details. The apartment is fresh, spacious, and located on the 18th floor, so no noise could be heard. The tower is beautiful, and all its social areas are clean and in good condition. Finally, I can't forget the treatment from the hostess, Tomiris. She was attentive throughout, recommending places and any services we needed. We will definitely be back... 100% recommended.

The villa was great, cozy and clean with everything you need. The complex Beautiful and serene. Valencia was very welcoming and responsive to all our needs and very accommodating . Total experience 10 out of 10❣️

Great location. Beach is walkable, but unless you're with Club Hemingway or Marbella beach chairs are not available.

Excellent apartment, conveniently located, super comfortable, cozy. I found it uncomfortable that I had cameras in the interior corridor of the apartment and at the balcony.

I had a last minute Trip to DR and wanted to spend a relax day with my family. Fernando was great from start to finish. He went above and beyond to avoid accommodate family and I even with such a short notice. Extremely responsive and great communication. My family and I loved the place and how comfortable and beautiful it is. Will def come back and recommend Fernando to family and friends!!! Thank you Fernando for all your help! I truly appreciate it!

Mariana was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and helped me with whatever I needed. The home was spectacular…the beauty just cannot be over stated. The complex is safe and I everyone was so nice. I would definitely stay there again!
