The apartment is located on our property and was completed in 2003 (partially renovated in 2020). It is divided into kitchen, shower room, living room and bedroom. The bungalow has a size of 40 square meters. From the centrally located kitchen, they go directly to the living room and bedroom as well as to the bathroom. In front of the bungalow, in the beautifully landscaped garden, there is a cozy gazebo with seating, which invites you to linger, extensive breakfast outdoors and barbecue evenings.

Jump into the lake and leave your holiday feeling relaxed, nourished and loved.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. Die Unterkunft bietet dir den perfekten Ausgangspunkt, um die wunderschöne Mecklenburgische Seenplatte zu entdecken und gleichzeitig die Nähe zur Altstadt, zum Wasser und zu vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten zu genießen. Der Plauer See, die Elde sowie verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar.

Our vacation bungalow is perfect for nature lovers. The holiday bungalow is located on the outskirts of the village of Garwitz about 200 m from the Müritz-Elde waterway. Here you can canoe or standup paddle. An outdoor pool supervised by a lifeguard is about 400 m away. You can reach the Baltic Sea in about 60 minutes and Schwerin in about 35 minutes by car. Furthermore, you can discover the landscape conservation area "Lewitz" from Garwitz by bike.

For rent is a vacation apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city center is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes you are on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. Arrival by train is also possible (to the train station on foot approx. 5 minutes). The nearest grocery store is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel comfortable in two rooms renovated in 2016. An opportunity for an extra bed is provided.
