We stayed in Urla for 1 night, where we went with friends for the artichoke festival, and everything was very perfect. Anyone who wants to relax, who likes nature, should go. It's a very peaceful place. The house is clean. Ms. Ayla is very hospitable, and if you go by car, everything is close transportation, plenty of oxygen, we recommend it perfectly.🥰

A great home for those who want to spend a peaceful few days away from the crowds and surrounded by nature. The location and stylish design of the house were really impressive. With its quietness, it provided the perfect ambiance for both relaxing and enjoying time with a group of friends. First of all the photos don't do this place justice. The garden is huge and well looked after, it allows any activity one can think of in such a place both as a group and alone. The breakfast is great and having it by the pool just makes it better. The location is both very close to central Urla and secluded enough to give the peaceful private environment. Demir has been very helpful throughout our trip, even helping out with some last-minute adjustments to some existing/missing plans. His experience as a traveler himself allows a very good perspective. The entire place is recently built which definitely shows, the pool has a spacious surrounding. The room was very clean with everything thought of as well as some small details that simply enhanced our experience. I would recommend Bir Dem Urla to anyone who wants to experience Urla as it should be :)

Mr. Ahmet responded to our questions very quickly, there were all the amenities said in the house. We were satisfied. Since it has heating,air conditioning and a pool, accommodation can be made in all seasons.

The house has supplies for all your needs and the location of the house is quite central and there are vineyards in a very close distance. An ideal place for a calm and peaceful holiday.

Also the price is a little too much, everything else was very nice. The rooms and bathrooms were super modern and equipped with little things. An absolute quiet area. You should have a car to get around the area. The pool and other areas were clean, tidy as shown in the pictures. The hospitality and commitment were exceptionally good. All in all👍🏽😊.

Ms. Ebru is really a very caring and warm host. She was very responsive to all kinds of questions before, during and after our stay and helped us with various suggestions. Their house was immaculate and quite tidy. We didn't encounter any disturbing details. We already understood on our first evening that we came to Urla and made one of the best choices for relaxing in a decent neighborhood and a great house. Thanks for everything.

Mr. Mertcan and his family were extremely friendly, friendly and hospitable people. They welcomed us very well, the house is as comfortable and beautiful as in the photos, and if I come back in a very nice place in terms of location, I would definitely recommend it for anyone who will come with their family.

It was a very sweet house. Everything necessary in the house is almost available. Ms. Burcu was very interested and answered our questions quickly and was always solution-oriented.

We stayed with a family of 5. Everything was very pleasant: clean, spacious, cozy. The kitchen is clean. We cooked ourselves. The only negative for my family is very hard mattresses. We are used to sleeping on medium hard mattresses. If you sleep on a hard one, you will love everything.

We loved the house, we had a very pleasant time. Even details such as barbecue, high chair were considered. The distance to the markets was very close. The issues we had with the pool and tube were resolved within a few hours.

We stayed for 10 days last year and loved it. We stayed close to 1 month this year. Our neighbors, the neighborhood and the house itself are very nice in my opinion. A place where you can feel like your own home. We felt so.

The house is especially beautiful in the garden and the location of the house, the internet is fast, we work remotely, we did not have any problems, although the garden was a registration, we had a sea manazar. Mr. Umut was also very caring and hospitable.

It was GREAT !! I had questions due to the comment below but the house was really spotless, the bathrooms, bedrooms, linens, kitchen and everything was spotless. We are very pleased with the smile and attention of the host to greet us. The scuba barbecue in the garden has been our favorite. It is 💯 definitely a house where you can have a pleasant and comfortable time. It felt very comfortable to have air conditioning in both the rooms and the living room, and having mosquito nets on each window. You are very loving and friendly in the neighbors, you adopt it as your own home. We enjoyed it 🥰 very much, I think we will come back in the summer. Can highly recommend ☺️
