Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

The large apartment (94 square meters) can accommodate 5 guests in two bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 separate entrances. It is a beautiful, newly renovated 65 m² apartment in the heart of the picturesque village of "Ohne" near Schüttorf. The apartment is on the second floor of the building, which was completely restored in 2021 according to the historical model. The village of “Ohne” is centrally located just a few kilometers away between Schüttorf, Wettringen, Rheine, Bad Bentheim, Ochtrup, Neuenkirchen and Salzbergen, all of which can be easily reached.
