The Little Cottage

Small old-fashioned cottage, on the hill in Verdal. Steep slope up, you should have a 4x4 car, but then a road to drive on in autumn, spring and summer. In the middle of nature, snowmobile trail and ski terrain. If you want to have a few days on the mountain and go hiking, this is a unique opportunity. Very simple and old but and very cosy. Outhouse,no running water, no electricity ,no fridge and gas to heat food! Small unit. We keep heating. The high mountains are not far away. Great hiking opportunities! There is mobile coverage

Perlå i Agder

Relax alone or with good friends or the whole family at this peaceful place in beautiful surroundings with lots of hiking opportunities. The cabin is small and charming, but very rich. With its three terraces on the outdoor area, you can enjoy the sun from sunrise until sunset. Swimming area in the garden and several nearby swimming beaches. Grocery store and bakery with lovely baked goods and farm outlet are 400m from the cabin. It is not without reason that this place is called "Perlå i Agder". Welcome! 😊

You will stay in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a side stream of the river Lygna where the salmon plays. Lower Snartemo is a old yard with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age until our time. The famous Snartemo Sword is found only 200 meters away - in other words you live in the middle of history.
