In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Small apartment by the forest

Located in an old country house a little off the beaten path, you will find a small kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom, a cozy living room with a dining area and a bedroom with a double bed. Not suitable for children. In front of the apartment is a fenced area where your dog is allowed to walk freely. There is a beach chair and garden furniture available to linger. A beautiful forest right across the street invites you to stroll. It is about 6 km to Aurich, and you can reach the North Sea in about 30 minutes.

You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. The apartment is located in Leuchtenburg near the Bremen-Lesum train station. The drive to Bremen city centre takes about 15 minutes by car.
