Great communication with the host!

We had a lovely stay at Valerian and Amandine's house, even though this one was too short for our taste. The house is superb, decorated with care and very pleasant to live in. Valerian is a great host, very friendly and always available. We were only able to stay one night as we were visiting for a wedding, but we wish we had enjoyed it longer. We highly recommend this listing and thank Valerian again for his warm welcome!

Both I and my love needed peace and quiet and so I had captured this as a surprise for my love. Based on the description and photos, this seemed like an ideal location. The prior communication with Ann went very smoothly and shortly before the stay I received very clear information about house rules, practical matters and what to do in the area. Very convenient. Upon arrival, a very friendly greeting and perfect explanation of the fireplace, hot tub, kitchen and so on. It was super cozy as in the pictures and everything was very nice and present as described. When I sent a message the next day that we still needed wood, Ann was there within 5 minutes with the requested. Speaking of a hostess. In short, it's a top location for people who want to relax. Beautiful space and surroundings. Use of the pool and sauna was easy and clean. Checkout is slightly early, but we respect the owners wishes to have it cleaned and option to stay a half day for half the cost. Just for awareness, you are expected to wait around the morning of your departure while it’s cleaned, and then your cleaning fee is returned to you afterwards. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thanks

New holiday village that has everything to please, change of scenery guaranteed in the middle of the forest. The accommodations are cozy, the decor is modern and the furniture comfortable. (the bedding is excellent!), they are arranged not overlooked and the terrace is really nice. They still smell like wood! You can get around on foot or by cartte (extra charge) but a bus goes around the village every ten minutes. It's great for kids on a sidewalk or bike bike ride. Regarding activities: the pool is well arranged, the water has a good temperature even in the large pool, there is a slide, bubble baths and small water games, children's armbands available. Inflatable games are a big plus for the kids. The pavilion offers many free activities (darts, ping pong, bad) or for a fee (mini golf, paddleboard, pool or foosball). Not tested but present on site, restaurant and wellness center as well as many outdoor activities. Even though there are still a few small messes of the first few days they did not taint our stay. Small village will become big!!!

It is a beautiful place. Ann and her husband are lovely hosts, who are really taking an effort to make your stay special. The cabin is even more beautiful than on the pictures. Waking up with a view on the pond with the cows is just epic.

Fabulous holiday. Quiet and peaceful. Not much around the resort within walking distance, but lovely cycling along the river into Tournai. Wonderful accommodation, perfect for our family.
