The large flat has been newly built in 2021 and offers views across the fields and meadows. Inside, all the modern comforts and a cosy queensize boxspring bed are waiting for you. Ideal for nature lovers! It is not unusual to see wildlife on the lawn in the morning. The house is surrounded by old oak trees and a garden.

Es liegt gegenüber dem Haupthaus auf einem ca. 4000 m² großen Grundstück. Das Gästehaus befindet sich am Rande eines privaten Waldes (Waldbaden [Das bewusste Verweilen im Wald] und Lagerfeuer möglich). Das Schlafzimmer, welches sich im Obergeschoss befindet, ist über eine Treppenleiter zu erreichen.

Our large garden with old oaks (the oak processionary moth was professionally vacuumed and disposed of by a specialist company) invites you to linger. On the private terrace, deck chairs and, on request, a fire bowl are available to enjoy the time in nature. Explore the surroundings by bike or on foot right from the door of the construction trailer.

While the beautiful, fluffy alpacas are staying downstairs, you can make yourself comfortable at the top of the hayloft. End the evening with a romantic campfire on the alpaca pasture. Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.

The comfortable and spacious apartment is lovingly decorated and is ideally suited for an occupancy of up to four people. For short stays, it also offers space for a maximum of 6 people thanks to a pull-out couch in the living room. Children up to 3 years stay free of charge.
