Bird sanctuary area within walking distance and many nice hiking trails and marked bike trails in beautiful nature. Fishing opportunities nearby. Several ski slopes in the area and the nearest (with illuminated slope) approx. 5 min drive away. Grocery store, restaurant and cafe in Selbu city center, about 10 min away by car. Værnes 45 min. Welcome to Trondsvollen. Here we rent out the old cabin on the farm for accommodation. The farm has a history dating back to the 17th century. Gammlstuggu has recently been completely restored to preserve the old character from when the house was new. The log cabin is clad from the outside, but on the second floor the old log walls in some of the bedrooms are as they once were. Gammelstuggu takes you back in time while at the same time having access to today's facilities.
