Beautiful apartment overlooking water and park

This accommodation is located on the 3rd floor in a former warehouse directly on the city ditch of Lübeck. All major points of contact are nearby and within walking distance. (Downtown approx. 15 min. , Train station approx. 10 min.) The 4-storey house is very lively during the day. On the ground floor there is a nursery school, on the upper floors apartments, an office and a room to move (occasional classes in the evening). It gets very quiet at night because the house is not located on a street.

Great location! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the cozy attic apartment with bathtub and kitchenette. Within walking distance 10 minutes to the main train station, bus station, Holstentor, city center and green areas with rivers. The attic is on the 3rd floor of the small 3-party old building. Walking distance to attractions & shopping. Parking is free in the neighborhood, but the parking spaces are coveted. The Contipark/main train station is inexpensive.

Stylishly furnished, small nest with charm and coziness. Located in the heart of Stockelsdorf, the gateway to Lübeck Bay. All important things, are in the immediate vicinity (supermarkets, bus stop, doctors, pharmacies, banks, etc.) balcony facing the south side, real wood floor, as well as an open kitchen with good amenities. A parking space is available right in front of the house free of charge. The proximity to the beach as well as to Hamburg and Lübeck makes the apartment special.

… cozy 7, Netflix, café…

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is recommended only for a short period of time. Living and sleeping takes place in one room (see drawing). Cooking food is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven or microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. I'm sure you'll spend a great time at this cozy place.

Nice apartment near the old town

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located accommodation in a listed villa annex from 1903. The apartment belongs to a large courtyard complex. It is just off the Marienbrücke to the city. This 55m² apartment prefers that you live directly on Lübeck's old town and reach it in 5 minutes on foot. It is renovated with shower room, full kitchen and terrace .

Newly renovated, bright old town house from the 15th century. century. Central location on the old town island in the immediate vicinity of the Hanseatic Museum and many small cafes on the water. The closest supermarket is within walking distance in 500 meters, to the Baltic Sea in 20 minutes by car. The house is not equipped for the disabled and children.
