House in beautiful Laxviken in Jämtland, 80 km northwest of Östersund. The house is on a small farm with grazing cows around the corner. In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Hårkan is a river and is known as one of the best fishing rivers in Sweden – especially for fly fishing. Seven minutes to an ICA store that is open 24 hours a day, charging stations. Lits camping is 14 minutes away. There is a beach, playground and canoe rental. The accommodation has a double bed, a sofa bed and bunk bed with room for 3 people.

"Välkommen" in our cozy log cabin! The several hundred year old house on two floors is located with a great view of the south beach of our Fyrsjön. There is a double bed on the ground floor and up to 4 people can sleep comfortably under the sloping roof on the upper floor. The flair of the old beams, the view from the window of the lake, canoe and our new BARREL SAUNA (included) make your stay perfect! Kitchen, shower and toilet are 20 meters away in the "grannys house", which all guests share!

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.
