Dieses wunderschöne zwei-stöckige Loft befindet sich im 3.Stock eines Altbaus und wurde vor wenigen Jahren aufwendig kernsaniert. Gelegen ist es mitten in Hannover. Die königlichen Herrenhäuser Gärten sind nur wenige Meter entfernt und bieten Natur pur um die Ecke. Die beiden Trend-Stadtteile Linden und Nordstadt befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Innenstadt ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Leben hier lässt keine Wünsche offen. Fragen werden per Direktkontakt beantwortet.

Recreation in the forest settlement Glashütte Haus Regina

Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

In 2021, we created a guest apartment on our former hayloft. Here you have peace and nature! The bright apartment is 60 square meters, has a kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), a living and dining room with a fireplace. In the entrance hall is the wardrobe and space for hiking boots. A crib/extra bed is available. This includes an outdoor seating area with an umbrella. Parking space for bicycles available NEW: There is a 2nd barrier-free vacation home "barn"

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

In the village and yet central

Our apartment is located in a two-family house in Fischbeck. It is on the 2nd floor and has a balcony. The apartment is very conveniently located for cyclists and has very good connections to Hameln. The bus runs every half hour during the week. Hanover can also be reached via the A2 or the federal highway within 45 minutes. In the village there is a good restaurant, Greek snack bar, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor.

A workplace in the bedroom, a loggia that offers space to eat or work and also offers protection against wind, rain or too much sun. There were two bathrooms and a walk-in shower. This apartment is ideal for 1 - 2 people. Public transport can be reached within 5 minutes. Parks, museums, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
