Apartment in Cascade - open-air museum. Newly renovated. With 3 rooms and a nice small balcony overlooking Cascade. There is also a security of Russian museum on the ground floor of the entrance. We can provide a breakfast (not hot and at additional price) at the request. There is also a nice restaurant right at the entrance of the building, and there are also many other restaurants and cafes in the area (very close, all a couple mins of walk) where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the main center of Yerevan. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens.
