Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned space. In the house, there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Charming 19th-century log cabin with beautiful views of Östersund. The cottage has 4 beds, electricity, running water, a combustion toilet in a separate outhouse and an outdoor shower with hot water. Enjoy sunny days on the porch with outdoor furniture or take a dip in nearby Storsjön with access to a private jetty. Wood-fired sauna tub available to rent. A peaceful place for those who want to relax and get close to nature during summer and autumn, only 8 minutes by car to the city center.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue hut on the balcony with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Det händer något med oss när vi tar oss tid att bara vara. Att leva det lite primitiva livet för en stund utan för den delen behöva tumma på alla bekvämligheter. Att släppa på vardagens bestyr, lägga ifrån sig mobilen och låta sig förunnas av det som finns runt om. Tända en eld, paddla kanot, titta ut över vattenbrynet från sängkanten då även bävern kan simma förbi ibland, koka kaffe och laga mat över öppen eld. Sängen är färdigbäddad när du/ni kommer. Hjärtligt välkommen!

In the tent, you sleep in a comfortable double bed. On the farm, in addition to the alpacas, there are chickens, a cat and a dog. Experience a real farm life in a quiet and beautiful environment.

2 room appartment 20 min from Östersund city.

Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
