This is a nice, rustic cabin located out in the country in a calm quiet atmosphere. Located a short drive from Bethany MO with access to everything you would need. There is plenty of countryside to explore as well as farm pond great for fishing about 100 yards from the back door. Great place to experience the country life and get away for a few days.
“I have loud children, and for anyone with loud children, you know that a large chunk of time is dedicated to keeping their noise level within a civilized range. This is the only place I’ve ever been where I felt like I could relax and let the noise level go. That in itself would be enough to come back, but it was so much more than that. The home is in the middle of the beautiful countryside. There are rolling hills and SO much space to roam and explore. There is a disc swing out front that the kids loved and porch swings where I could sit and have coffee. The house is clean and warm and has all the cooking items one could possibly need. They have a large selection of herbs and spices too, which was a nice bonus. The kids bunk room is huge and there are two large boxes filled with various toys and a closet full of games and puzzles. I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s the perfect place to get away from it all and reconnect with the simple pleasures in life. Thank you, Scott! We will be back!”
Enjoy a night, weekend or a week away from the hustle and bustle at home at Blue Sky! Special arrangements can be made for meal(s) to be provided by Toot Toot Restaurant, a local family owned restaurant in Bethany, MO at the restaurant or in the home!
“I usually do not write reviews but this place exceeded our expectations. We opted to stay here for a hunting trip instead of one of the local hotels, and we are thankful we did. We had to stay in a hotel the first night because we arrived earlier than expected and it was terrible. When we arrived at the house, it was even nicer than how it was described. It was extremely clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you could want. I can honestly say we were thoroughly impressed and had zero complaints.I would highly recommend this place.”

Lots of board games, WiFi, books, movies, and a 55” TV with Roku.
“We enjoyed our stay! Our weekend in Trenton was bitterly cold so we did not get to enjoy all the beauty that surrounds the cottage. We would love to come back when it is warm! The cottage is old and filled with history and has lots of charm and even with the bitter cold we stayed very warm and slept well! It is right off the highway but we heard nothing, so no worries about that. Plenty of towels and hot water for the 4 of us to shower back to back! Ruby was a gracious host and always responded quickly when I emailed. We would recommend this cottage to you and will hopefully return ourselves.”
