The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Cozy & Clean Lawrenceville Studio

This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. One queen in bedroom and a huge sofa in the other room that could double as a sleep space in a pinch. Fun balcony that overlooks a lovely yard. Television that has cable and ROKU with many channels, and strong WIFI for computers. Plenty of parking. 15 minutes to Princeton.

Great location!! Easy access to Philadelphia by car or train. Plus, 30 minutes to Philadelphia airport. Atlantic City is just over an hour by car or train. Efficiency apartment, Cozy space for 2, could easily sleep 4. Kitchenette, sitting room with 2 barrel chairs, a full size futon and a queen size bed. Private deck & entrance.
