Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hay Riad

Would 100% recommend to stay at Hakima’s place. We had 12 days there - 4 adults and 4 kids (age 2, 6, 6 and 8) - and we had everything we wanted and more.

Our stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely wonderful! The property is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for families, with multiple comfortable rooms and a stunning outdoor area. The sparkling swimming pool and fountain seating area made our afternoons so relaxing, while the backyard citrus trees added a lovely natural touch. The location was ideal, just a 7-minute drive to a major supermarket. One of the highlights was the daily fresh milk and free-range eggs from local farmers. The hospitality truly made our stay exceptional: Achraf was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Fatima, who welcomed us, was warm, generous, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Shayma helped with housekeeping upon request and was attentive and kind. Overall, this villa was the perfect balance of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. We loved every moment and will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat.

The apartment is very nice in the middle of the Medina. Very helpful host, very comfortable to get around on foot to visit the city. We had rental cars and we always found a place to park near the house. Recommended!

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. A place to recommend knowingly

A very nice stay in Skhirat! Omar was kind and helpful, so was his family. The accommodation on a beautiful location in the middle of a garden. The house itself is clean and comfortable. We are coming back ☺️

Great stay despite the difficulty in finding the accommodation and so our late arrival Hiba and her family guided us and waited with tea and small cookies , she took time to help us find a restaurant and chat with us about our lives, in short great welcome, the accommodation is very well located everything is within walking distance, it is as in the small but convenient photos, everything is there. The next day, she agreed to leave us the keys longer, a lovely and understanding woman, thank you to her and her daughter.

Perfect place! The host was responsive and caring, despite a last-minute reservation. The private parking and access to the apartment by secure elevator with a badge testify to the security of the building. I highly recommend this listing!

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and corresponded to the pictures. The location is very good. Both the sea and the souks can be reached within a short walking distance. A quite large supermarket is practically next door and offers a wide selection.

Safaa’s place was a great find for us! Her apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There is an elevator so if you have mobility issues, this is a great choice. We would happily stay again and again!

We had a great time at Zakaria's place. The listing was as described, the kids loved the pool and were able to play with the other children in the residence. The small convenience stores are very nice. The center of Rabat is a 20 min drive, very easy to access. A beach is close to the apartment. Zakaria was a very considerate and pleasant host. We recommend housing

Honestly, the pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s super clean, really cozy, and has everything you could need. The area is great too—quiet, safe, and just the right spot to chill and take a break.

This is not my first time staying with mama Fatima it is a pearl and the apartment is always perfect and there are towels etc.

An impeccable stay. Botaina is very nice and responsive. She responds very quickly to various questions asked The apartment has a wonderful view of the sea. It's big and clean. The neighborhood is very, pleasant. Rabat is a beautiful city. Getting around is easy to walk if you like to walk ( 2 km agdal rabat station... To take casa, Tangier and others trains to visit other cities.) Otherwise you can ask the small blue taxis to drive you into the city center for a short while. Finally the tram line 2 is a 15 min walk and will take you to the center towards the medina. So everything is As stated by Botaina. Recommended
