Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

A 600 acre park with paved running/biking/cross country ski and mountain biking trails is located across the street.

The suite is located below our primary residence. With a completely separate entrance, you'll enjoy your own private space. Our "Farmhouse on the Hill" offers 3 bedrooms, a full bath with a tub/shower combo, large living/gathering area and nature right outside your door. Your private entry, upper level suite has an outdoor bistro table and also access to a fire pit and larger dining table for outdoor dining. A nature preserve with walking trails is available for observing the local wildlife (white tail deer, wild turkeys, bird watching).

Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! We are thrilled to open up a part of our lives and our home to you!
