Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Welcome directly at the Steinhuder Meer in a very quiet location. The apartment with separate entrance offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large shower with separate toilet and a private sauna. The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children.

The small town of Bierde is located in the Aller-Leine Valley, on the southern edge of the Lüneburg Heath – surrounded by extensive marshlands, forests and meadows. From here you can quickly reach many great amusement parks, start cycling tours or paddle tours on the Aller or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility and birdlife in the "Haus am Holder." The vacation home "Haus am Holder" is lovingly renovated and can accommodate 4 people.

Vacation apartment in Edelhof

The small apartment in our historic half-timbered house is renovated with natural building materials. It has an entrance area with kitchenette and dining table. From this, there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the combined living-sleeping room. There is a double bed and the sofa bed, so that possibly even four people can stay overnight. The apartment is not accessible due to several steps and a high door threshold.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

Former bakery

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.
