How do I report discrimination to Airbnb?
Airbnb takes reports of discrimination in our community very seriously.
If you believe you have experienced discrimination on our platform, please submit a report via this form. Please provide specific details and identify the user that you believe has violated our Nondiscrimination Policy.
You can also report messages or other content that you believe violates our policy by clicking the Flag icon on profiles, listings, and messages.
We’ll investigate the situation and may follow up for additional documentation. We will also offer personalized, hands-on booking support to ensure you find a place to stay.
If we determine that a user has violated our policy, we will take action, up to and including suspending their account. For privacy reasons, we are unable share the outcome of our investigations.
Note: California hosts and guests may file complaints regarding discrimination in housing and public accommodations with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
