Running a promotion is a great way to stand out in search results and drive more bookings.
Offer promotions that are true discounts
We want to make sure that you get perks for offering a deal, and that guests are getting a price that’s lower than your typical price for that specific date.
For a better chance at appearing in search results, we recommend creating a promotion for at least 7 consecutive nights. And we'll help by automatically recommending attractive promotion dates for guests
How to create a custom promotion
Create a custom promotion on desktop
- Click Calendar and select the listing calendar you want to change
- Click Pricing, then click Promotions
- Click Custom promotion
- Select dates on the calendar and click Next
- Set your discount and click Apply promotion

- Tap Calendar
and select the listing calendar you want to change - Tap Settings
- Tap Pricing, then tap Review your promotions
- Tap Custom promotion
- Select dates on the calendar and tap Select these dates
- Set your discount and tap Apply promotion

Available discounts and promotions
Sometimes a custom promotion isn’t available for your listing, or for the dates that you want. It might be helpful to check what discounts and promotions are available and how they’re applied. You can always set a lower price for specific nights when you customize your nightly price.
