Very tastefully and luxuriously furnished living room with open kitchen; bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet; bedroom with double box spring, wardrobe; spacious entrance with mirror and coat rack. Through the sliding doors, you can walk right onto the terrace with beautifully landscaped garden and plenty of privacy!

The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. The centre of Nijmegen is about a 15-minute drive away. A bus stop with a direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station and Radboudumc is 75 metres from our house. Various amenities, such as a supermarket and restaurants, are within walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.
