Great 2 story lakefront home on 500 acre lake located in West Tennessee in a private subdivision 5 miles from town on a 2 acre lot . Home is 2500 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , living room open to kitchen with large fireplace, enclosed porch and large open patio (40'x30') on second story overlooking lake. Large sun room extends the entire length of the back of the house upstairs for a beautiful view of the lake. Relax with a cold beer and watch sunset from dock over lake. Home is conveniently located half way between Memphis and Nashville (about an 1.5 hours from each). The house is perfect for special events such as family reunions.Or just come out for the weekend with that special someone and spend some quality time together. Bring the family pet , they are welcome too!!

Sycamore lake is also minutes away if you want to experience more lake life. The house is right next to a major highway for fast access to any neighboring town. Ask about renting a pontoon boat with or without a captain or kayaking! Your desk is hidden in plain sight in the sunroom but many options to work or unplug!

The Sweet Spot is a private, cozy loft located on the west end of Lexington, TN across from Beech Lake, and above our ice cream shop Zandora’s Handmade Ice Cream! Within walking distance is a convenient store, laundromat, restaurants, barber shop, wax studio, health/ vitamin shop, & multiple hair salons. We’re only 14 minutes off I-40 w/ more to eat than just fast food. Enjoy the small town feel while only being roughly 20 minutes from Jackson & less than 2hrs from Memphis & Nashville.

Country style cabin. Interior ceilings, walls and doors solid pine. Vaulted ceiling. Very cozy. On private property surrounded by woods. About 7 minutes from Beech Lake and about 15 minutes from Natchez Trace State Park. Our house is on same property but a good distance apart with privacy fence so cabin is private. Very quiet and peaceful. About 30 minute drive to Jackson, TN
