Just a few minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron & native plant garden. Beautiful quiet neighborhood in Southeast Eugene, near the University of Oregon. The side entrance leads through a shared space to a separate secure two bedroom suite on a lower level. The two bedrooms both have large windows providing great natural light. A recently remodeled bathroom and a hallway kitchenette finish off the suite. Renters share off street parking and a shaded seasonal private deck and yard.
