Well you are in for a very different experience.! “Quant and quirky” We have opened our Carriage House and courtyard to guests . This is a large living area , “Bed in a Shed” The space houses a fine collection of imported carriages and harness. We have 5 members of the one family competing in FEI Carriage Driving and Show Ring events. You will be made most welcome and comfortable. There is nothing more serene than sitting by the dam watching the birdlife.

Waterlake is a charming old cottage located in the country town of Coleraine, Southern Grampians. It sleeps up to 5 people and is near the waterfalls (13 min. drive to Wannon Falls, 20 min to Nigretta Falls). Explore the region (settled history dating back 200 years) or just sit back and enjoy the cosy woodfire and take in the fresh mountain air.
