Maria's place is comfortable, in a great location. The two terraces are beautiful. All shops and the beach are a 5-minute walk away. Maria was very welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. We already want to come back....

We felt comfortable in the apartment. Communication with Nikos went very well. Downtown can be reached quickly on foot, the airport with the local bus lines as well.

I really enjoyed staying here. The view, the tranquility and in general the apartment was a dream to be in. I felt right at home and didn't want to leave. Always happy to come back. Highly recommend this property.

I've been very lucky to stay in some amazing Airbnbs in the past, but Alexis & Nicoleta's place stands out in the best way. A quirky property with the most beautiful outside space I've been in for a while, and all the amenities you'll need. The owner's hospitality is second to none, and they'll help you feel right at home. It's peaceful, clean, well-equipped, and a perfect place close to the palace and to Heraklion, while still maintaining quiet nights - I've rarely slept so well. All round amazing!

We loved Manos’s place! Everything was as shown in the pictures and him and his team were extremely friendly and accommodating. There were some issues getting water to the unit due to issues with the city supply but Manos responded immediately with fresh bottled water and kept us updated throughout the process. We couldn’t have asked for him to be more accommodating!

This cosy villa was the perfect backdrop to a very memorable trip. The balcony offers beautiful views, the village is peaceful and welcoming, and we liked the convenience of being just a 25 minute drive from Heraklion city. We had all the amenities we needed, and everything is as described. Many thanks to our hosts Apo and Despoina for their warmth and hospitality! We had a wonderful stay.

Stella's Home was the most positive Airbnb experience I've ever had (and I've had some really lovely ones). The place is beautiful and the views are some of the best I've ever seen with the beach being only a 6 minute walk away. Stella was also an exceptional host. She stocked the fridge with some complementary groceries which made for a really positive start to our trip, especially after a day of traveling. It was also one of the most thoughtful things a host has done for one of my stays. Stella was also very communicative, checking in to make sure everything was going well for us and if we needed anything. The hot tub was amazing, the house was spotless and comfortable, the description of the space completely accurate. 5 days was not enough for us here and if I ever make it back to Crete, I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a nice place close to the port and I don’t think you get any closer literally a five minute walk from their place. Straight down the road. The place was very clean, modern upscale very well appointed. I would highly recommend.

Mary is one of the kindest hosts I’ve ever met! She was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. Her place is very comfortable and conveniently located! Totally recommended!!

For the money we paid, we couldn't ask for more. Heraklion is my home town and finding my way round wasn't going to be an issue, but even if I was an unaware foreigner on his first visit there I wouldn't be troubled whatsoever. George was always available on the phone and helpful. The studio was spotless and functional as quoted in the advert. The immersion heater would heat the water within minutes, while the air-condition was handy. The main advantage of this place though is its location: there is everything you need right at your feet and if you are the pedantic kind of tourist the choice laid out in front of you will put your mind to rest. Within less than half a mile radius you have more bars, cafeterias, restaurants and shops your palate can handle. Only question is... do you know where you are going? I am Greek, so I do. the place was very nice and Maria was very hospitable. Her mom gave us delicious homemade cookies. The house looked as if someone is still living there. there were personal photos and what seemed like personal items. looked a lot like a "home". We had a lovely time. thank you Maria.

We had a very nice and sunny October week at Tasos's place. The apartment is as described in the pictures. We really enjoyed that there was also a small terrace in the front of the house. So you had sun in the morning and evening. Tasos' recommendations were also great. Especially the tavern on the mountain in Rogida was highly recommended.

Everything was just perfect! Very friendly and helpful host. There were even some Easter sweets in the apartment. Right by the beach, restaurants and bars, everything in walking distance. I would recommend this Airbnb also for solo travelers, as it is very safe.

This was a gem of a place, really well designed, huge balcony and panoramic view, sea, mountains, beautiful church etc. 10 mins walk to major sights, the Museum of Archeology was fabulous and also the quirky Museum of Ancient Technology was fascinating. Great food and coffee options all around. Giannis was quick to respond and I loved my stay here.

Kostis was such a helpful host and we loved his neat-as-a-pin and comfortable apartment a stone’s throw from Lion Square, particularly lounging in the hammock on the large, sun-drenched balcony with a view to snow-capped mountains and the beautiful blue sea. Kostis was kind enough to leave us some fresh bread, butter and honey for breakfast which we were grateful for as we arrived late on a Saturday night. His recommendations were excellent and he booked us a table at a sensational restaurant just around the corner (Peskesi) at our request. The apartment was cool on a hot day and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washing machine came in handy too. A very relaxing and comfortable place to stay.

We loved our stay at Susanna’s place! She went above and beyond making us feel welcome and providing everything we could possibly need including some great local recommendations. The studio is charming and cozy and in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Be mindful that the walk into the city center is about half an hour, and closest restaurants and such about 15 minutes. But if you don’t mind the walking, would highly recommend :)
