Vacation rentals with breakfast in Herceg Novi Municipality

It was a very valuable stay for us! We were warmly received by the host. The house is located in a unique place with beautiful view. Everything as described. Clean. Excellent water quality, clean air. Our honest recommendations.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of five and I wish we could have stayed longer. There was plenty of space in our apartment and everyone slept very well. The outside area was incredible. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and the kids loved the grass area with the trampoline. Beautiful view of the bay. We ate breakfast here one morning and it was delicious. Location was an easy drive to old town. Parking can be difficult near old town, so go early. It was much easier staying here with all of our luggage than having a place within the old town walls. The apartment itself was clean, but a little dated. We didn’t bother us. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and had local recommendations for a boat, cruise and other things to do. We would love to stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend this location.

Central location. Convenient to everywhere in the town.

Our short stay was wonderful. The house is well equipped, it literally has everything for a comfortable life. Incredible views from the bedroom windows. The sea right under the windows is especially impressive. Also you have a big desk in one of the bedrooms and a fast internet, so it’s perfect for work. The location to the cities of Montenegro is great. Not far from the house there is a beautiful sandy beach, which is suitable to visit with children. Also nearby is Lustica Bay with a promenade and restaurants. The hosts were excellent, greeted us and allowed late check-out. It was also nice to receive a gift bottle of wine. We will definitely plan another holiday for a longer period!

Ana and Zoran were fantastic hosts, Ana was very responsive and helpful even in moments where I was stuck with transportation or otherwise. I always felt as though I was in good hands. Zoran went out of his way to make my stay great and bless him, he even gave me a lift to the airport. Both are really friendly and accommodating. The house is basically in town so easy to get to and fro, it is clean and everything needed is provided. Thank you both for a lovely stay

I can’t recommend Daniela’s place enough! She was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations. She even went the extra mile to book a car rental for us. I’ll definitely stay at her place again when I return to Kotor.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment, church bells in the morning

Comfortable and cozy apartment, has everything you need for living, perfect cleanliness and order. Hospitable, punctual hosts, were always in touch. The owner was understanding and allowed us to move into the apartment before the specified time and leave a little later when checking out. We were a little tired of going up and down from the apartment to the sea, but thanks to this we did not gain extra weight on vacation :)

Excellent stay in Kotor! Great place, true to photos. Good location to visit the old town and enjoy the surroundings. You can hear the clock in the city ringing the hours and announce the time of waking up at 7ham. If you ever need it, I loved it, it was part of the old town experience. The terrace gives a good view. Attention for people with limited mobility, it is not easy to climb up to the accommodation, several uneven steps. Good workout as a bonus!

I stayed at the property for 1 week in March 2025. I found it clean and tidy and as described. Location in the Old City is perfect to enjoy the ambiance and experience yet it is away from the pubs bars and restaurants so there was little disturbance. Excellent choice if you are looking for a place in the Old City. Just one thing to consider - the apartment is 5th floor and no lift.

The apartment was just as described and it was really easy to find right in the center of the old town of. We had everything we needed and Marta was really kind showing us around. The apartment has an amaaaazing view. There is plenty of space for two and we could enjoy the sun shining through the window. Hvala vam puno!
