Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The very centrally located apartment is on the first floor & second floor of a detached family house with a small self-contained apartment. It is newly renovated and lovingly furnished! The stylishly furnished 110 sqm apartment offers plenty of space for 4-6 people, divided into 3 bedrooms. Extra beds are provided for person 5 + 6 upon request. Shopping (supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, doctors, bank) is only 150 m away.

Small but nice is the Schnuckelchen on the edge of the Ruhr area and Münsterland. Within walking distance are various shopping opportunities. There is the Maler Stern with outlet. A commercial area with supermarkets and a shopping street "Brassertstraße." The highway connection can be reached in 5 minutes.
