Absolutely beautiful cabin in a beautiful area for relaxing and catching up! Host was very responsive and helpful!

Great spot for a quiet weekend away. The property had plenty to stay busy with right there for you. Golf cart, hot tub, and shuffleboard occupied a lot of time.

This was by far one of our favorite stays. It was a perfect getaway that gives you a beautiful cabin, privacy, and comfort while offering a beautiful view that greets each morning, and throughout the day. I quickly made friends with the 3 beautiful cows, and really enjoyed feeding and petting them. Stella, Rosie and Posie are now my lifelong friends! After a long day of hiking, getting in the hot tub overlooking the trees was so relaxing. Additionally the shower was incredibly relaxing and spacious. Billie was extremely kind and helpful. Everything was so simple and perfect that we didn’t even need to reach out to the host with any questions or issues. Though I know if there was, he would be quick to be on top of it. We look forward to coming back to Waverly just to come stay here again! Definitely make sure to check this place out if you’re staying in the area. This place is amazing. It’s a cool vibes type of place. Easy check in, everything was clean and lots to do! We loved the hammocks, fire pit, hot tub and the board games!

Our family's experience at Nick's place was really amazing. We have a young family of 7, so the spacious property was a perfect fit. Nick's place was free of clutter, and the overall design was supported the luxurious simplicity. Our 5 kids could not wait for the game room and movie theater. Mission accomplished. Nick even allowed us an earlier check in that the listing indicated, and when we arrived they had orchestrated an Easter egg hunt for the kids. We were like, "what?!?!". The kids spent the first 30 minutes sprinting from wall to wall trying to find eggs 😂. Thanks Nick!

This place was incredible! Beautiful, secluded spot surrounded by woods. The cabin was really unique and modern, and we loved hiking the trails and listening to birds while in the cedar tub!

I loved this stay ! It was in a beautiful location , I walked up the road and found a pear tree , behind the house there’s a beautiful open field. I will be returning ! Only thing is that there wasn’t any salt and pepper like listed . But I didn’t mind too much. Also to note I stayed during a warm season and struggle sleeping in the heat, the AC unit is in the living room so that it where I slept during my stay. Host was very responsive and friendly, there are stores nearby with everything you need. I felt very safe here and held by the beautiful surrounding nature.

Loved our time here! The house was as advertised, spacious, lots of amenities for kiddos and adults. Comfortable beds. Clean. Very quiet and the bedrooms were DARK in the morning with all the trees. Lovely cabin in the woods.

Just like the name states this is a very cozy hideaway. If you’re looking to go off grid and need some peace and quiet this is the spot. The hosts were Absolutely wonderful their hospitality and kindness are unmatched I was recommended hiking trails and all of what’s notable in the area. They were very accommodating if I needed anything they were ready to help. The area is secluded and your about two football fields away from the hosts house he even has a trail that leads from your cabin to there back porch incase you need wifi. All in all it was a wonderful time and I will defs be back soon to visit my new friends and hike some more trails!!!

Josef was an excellent host. We arrived early and his friendly dogs greeted us. Since we had arrived early, he was in the middle of something but was quick to stop what he was doing to give us a full tour and get us settled in. He was so helpful throughout our stay. The cabin was beautiful, clean and set up for us with anything we night need.

Very nice and well kept. The cabin was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, we could definitely tell Megan takes great pride in her cabin. We would recommend this for anyone looking for a peaceful and laidback place to stay.

My wife and loved this cabin!! The cabin was perfect with all the amenities and extra goodies. It was very cozy and clean. Loved all the bear decore. Having a solo stove camfire on deck was a plus and awesome to enjoy next to the jacuzzi. Paula was super nice & answered all our questions. We would definitely come back. Perfect price and secluded location. We highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything!!!

This cabin is the cutest! It is beautiful and matches the pictures perfectly! The hosts were wonderful.

I spent 2 weeks hunting and i found the cabon was perfect, clean, hot water and a comfortable bed. Perfect for my hunting vacation. Doug was attentive, very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more and looking forward to staying there again. 5 stars. Dave B

Extremely nice place to stay, host was very hospitable! Would highly recommend if planning a trip out near Rocky Fort.

The cabin was cute and cozy and the kitchen was well stocked with items often forgotten. During our visit we watched a buck walk through the property, loved on a very friendly kitty, watched a lot of birds and squirrels scampering around and had many Amish buggies pass by. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning sometime in the future.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here!! It was beautiful, relaxing and very secluded. I would love to come back during summer months!!
