¡Te encantara, debido a la excelente ubicación! A 20 min del aeropuerto, a 15 min del autódromo, a 20 min de: UANL, Estadio de sultanes y Gimnasio de Fuerza regia y para los amantes de la caminata el fraccionamiento cuenta con 2 parques llenos de nogales, así como también a unos pasos se tienen las 2 plazas típicas de pueblo en centro de santa rosa, iglesia y un hermoso río a menos de 2 Km. Nos tomamos muy enserio la limpieza, por lo que se lava y desinfecta toda área de contacto.

The kitchen with induction iron, microwave and small bar to enjoy the food you prepare. It has air conditioning (hot and cold). It is in a very nice neighborhood, with parks and shops very close.
