Spacious holiday home at the seafront.

Kvammen, 30min drive from Sandstad. 25 minutes to Kvenvær with shop, restaurant and archipelago idyll. The house belongs to a small farm that is upgraded and has plenty of space both outside and inside, the house is located 100 meters from the sea, short distance to fishing water and hiking trails. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with two mattresses that can be used if needed. Travel bed for children. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Large dining area in the living room and TV. Wifi.

The tenant must bring his own linen and towels, the duvets are 220 cm, 1x150cm double bed, 2x75cm bunk bed, 4x90 cm mattresses in the lofts. Inlaid water, (not for drinking water) drinking water included at cans and can be filled up at Kvenvær. Naust with glass doors to the sea, water hose at boathouse, good fishing opportunities. Welcome to Smågasjøveien 71 - a gem by the sea edge The property is idyllically located on Hitra and boasts impeccable sun and viewing conditions. Property consists of holiday home, outdoor living and annex. The leisure home has a living room/kitchen with a great view, 4 bedrooms (including annex), bathroom and toilet room. The cabin was substantially upgraded 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Have you and your family can enjoy sunny days fishing from land or boat. The boat is located in the marina about 500 meters from the cabin.

Cozy house with stunning view over Dolmsundet! Centrally located in the middle of Hitra and Frøya about 14 minutes drive to the center of both islands. The house is located on a quiet farm with access to the boathouse and pro 20 foot alu boat with 60hp, sonar and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1000 per day. The owner with family lives on the same farmhouse and is an experienced landlord for many years. There is also access to several fresh water with ear fishing to beach.

Beautiful and newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have double beds and the living room has a double sleeping couch. Quiet place, perfect location with private beach. Amazing sea view. Large deck around the house and a roof terrace. Hitra is known for its fantastic fishing, diving, deer hunting and lots of possibilities for hiking and biking. Local food nearby, grocery store and restaurant. Boat rental (Angel Amfi, Grefsnesvågen) is 3.5 km from the house.

Legg deg i en myk og komfortabel seng hvor du kan nyte stjernehimmelen, og våkne til en nydelig utsikt. Senk skuldrene å nyt roen naturen og utsikten gir!
