매일 매일 아침마다 조식 먹을수 있고 청소 서비스 이용 가능하고 냉장고에 물이나 음료를 싼 가격에 이용 가능합니다. 공항에서 택시타고 10분안에 도착합니다. 바로 밑에는 반미를 파는곳이 있고 옆에는 일본 음식점이 있습니다. 주변에 마트가 없는것만 빼면 완벽합니다.

끝까지 친절히 대해주시고 해결하시려는 모습이 보기 좋았습니다. 감사합니다.

A great stay in a new corner unit with views of river, sea, and city from the 22 floor. The photos are real, and hosts Betty and Sam are actual owners, kind and sincere with a lot of integrity. It's a lovely 30 min riverside walk to the heart of Hải Châu, 10 min by GrabCar to cafes at city center or beachside, so it's not far IMO. Yes, there are A.M. churchbells, and as of March 2025, the pool is closed, but all else is ideal. It's a good one!

Richard's place is in an excellent location! We love that the apartment is river-side and overlooks the boats on the river and you can see the lights from buildings across the river and both the Dragon Bridge & the Han River Bridge. Because of this location, even though it is in a city, the space around feels expansive and open. The riverfront is also walkable. The place is located within walking distance from markets, restaurants, coffee shops, laundry shops. And the beach is only a short taxi ride away - only around 10 - 15 minutes. The apartment is huge! The photos do not show just how large the space is, so it is a very nice surprise when you walk in. Everything is in clean, working condition and there is so much light coming into the apartment due to the large windows in each room. Richard himself is an exceptional host. He is responsive, friendly and respectful. Anything we needed assistance with, Richard was happy to help. We have loved our time here and would love to return!

용다리 꼬리쪽 바로 근처 입니다. 옥상에서 용다리 얼굴쪽도 보입니다. 화장실이 2개인데 방에 있는 화장실은 문이 투명유리 입니다. 참고하세요~ 위치 및 가격대비 최고 입니다. 근처 좌판에서 망고 파는곳이 있는데 가격이 착하고 거기서 조금만 더가면 있는 로컬 카페에 코코넛커피 진짜 맛있어요

Nissi was just the most accommodating and gracious host. She truly went above and beyond in helping us with the transport facility from the Da Nang Airport. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay a little away from the main Da Nang city but really close to Sun World Bana Hills, look no further. A word of caution though, it’s in a village and can get a bit quiet in the night. All in all a fantastic option! A special thank you to Nissi for all the help and a squeaky clean house .

This is one of those AirBnB's which actually felt like a home and not a hotel. Had a wonderful stay at Anh's place. The house is setup up in a very thoughtful way and all the interior decoration makes you feel very cozy and warm. The kitchen is stocked with all essential utensils to cook meals. The place is tucked away in a alley not too far from the main road and is very quiet. There are many small eateries and coffee shops nearby. The place is walkable from the Dragon Bridge and located quite close to major sites of DaNang. Anh is a wonderful host and communicated clearly. She's always ready to answer any questions and help with any requests. She helped me arrange to rent a bike right from the convenience of the house and went above and beyond to cater to requests. I honestly did not expect her to help with all the requests but she was very approachable and proactive; overall a wonderful host! Will definitely stay here again when I return

Leila & her husband are very helpful in everything. Her house is worth every penny. The location is nice if you want a peaceful area with cheap restaurants and convenience store around. Grab car is also accessible. We will recommend her place to friends if they plan to visit Da Nang soon. Thank you so much Madam Leila. You are so kind and helpful. ☺️

Nhóm chúng tôi tổ chức tiệc sinh nhật cho một người bạn và đã có sự kiện đáng nhớ tại biệt thự này. Điều khiến chúng tôi ấn tượng nhất là sự nhiệt tình và chu đáo của chủ nhà. Ngôi nhà được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi, từ bếp nướng BBQ lớn cho bữa tiệc gia đình, đến hồ bơi rộng rãi và khu vườn xanh mát. Những chi tiết nhỏ như xích đu, bàn ngoài vườn và đặc biệt là chiếc ghế massage thư giãn đã tạo nên sự khác biệt. Xung quanh còn có nhiều điểm chill chill để check in: cánh đồng, quán cafe vv.. Chúng tôi sẽ giới thiệu nơi này cho bạn bè và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào những dịp tới. Cảm ơn chủ nhà đã tạo ra một không gian nghỉ dưỡng tuyệt vời!

民宿的地理位置非常好，周围有很多好吃的餐厅和咖啡馆，走到河边也很近，离机场也是十分钟的车程，非常便利！到美溪沙滩也是骑摩托车十几分钟的距离，非常适合在岘港staycation。房东非常热情，回复也特别及时，积极帮助我们。总的来说是非常不错的一次住宿体验。

This place is the high-light of my stay in Da Nang. The place is clean and has all the amenities necessary. Daniel was helpful and active to all our requests. Plus, there is a connected tv with netflix . The location is right next to one of the best banh xeo in Da Nang, Centered but not overcrowded. Very recommended.

10th floor with balcony overlooking the vast ocean. This beautiful condo provided the relaxation and healing that I was looking for. The beautiful and caring host made my stay in this foreign town so perfect. I extended my stay and would stay longer if it just were available. Now, i have a special place to come back to. My recommendations for Kathy's condo are only above and beyond all others. Thank you.

I stayed a couple of nights at their 2 bedroom apartment. This is located just 1Km away from the iconic Japanese bridge. The apartment was extremely clean and as expected with the mentioned amenities like fridge , washing machine , dryer , a lovely rooftop pool. Highly recommended

편안하고 내집처럼 잘 머물렀어요. 호스트의 빠른 응답도 좋았습니다. 미케비치와 가깝고 발코니에서 매일 볼 수 있어서 좋았어요. 주변엔 한식당, 로컬 식당, 마트 등이 많아요. 다낭에서 위치로 보면 최고입니다. 다음에 또 방문할 의향이 있어요.

매우 넓고 쾌적하여 2가족이 쓰기에도 좋습니다. 전자렌지,세탁기,건조기 쓰는데 이상없고 타올도 요청하면 바로 가져다 주십니다. 다낭에 또 오면 다시 방문할의사 있습니다

The condo was great. Even better was the location. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a short walk away. Hosts were really responsive and answered our every questions. I would really recommend this place.

Wir haben uns in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit Tung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Очень уютная квартира со всем необходимым для отдыха. Чисто, тихо и очень удобно. Прекрасное расположение. Отель стоит прямо на берегу, вокруг много магазинов, кафе, развлечений. В комплексе есть спортзал и сауна

I loved my stay here. The apartment looked just like the photos and had all the amenities for a long stay (laundry detergent, shower products, etc). The hosts reached out to offer weekly cleaning and were always super responsive and friendly. Music from the beach can be a little loud in the evening but always stops by 11 or 11:30 (obviously not the host’s fault, just something to be aware of for any early birds). Rooftop pool was gorgeous. Would happily stay again!
