Wir konnten unser Gepäck vor der offiziellen Check In Zeit an der Rezeption abgeben. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und groß, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Badezimmer sauber. Die Lage war perfekt und zu Fuß für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Wenn ich wieder in Hanoi bin werde ich hier wieder buchen.

I recently spent a delightful 5 days at Balcony Apartment BnB listed by Aan and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Situated just a short walk from market, the BnB offered easy access to local attractions by Grabs transportation while maintaining a peaceful ambiance. The entire unit was spotless and provided a comfortable environment. Aan is helpful and always response fast. Overall, my stays was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a cozy retreat .

Wir haben lange nach einem Hotel in Hanoi gesucht. Aber vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis konnte keines mit dieser Wohnung mithalten. Die Wohnung ist groß, trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig und die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns am letzten Tag geschrieben, dass sie keine Gäste für den Folgetag hat und uns deswegen erst abends auschecken lassen. Danke. Wir würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The cleanliness was outstanding—everything was spotless, from the fresh linens to the sparkling bathroom. It’s clear the host takes great care in maintaining the space. The interior was beautifully designed, with a modern yet cozy touch that made it feel like home. The attention to detail, from the well-chosen decor to the comfortable furniture, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of my favorite parts was the balcony. Leafy green made my stay even better! If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and serene place to stay, this is it! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was the nicest stay we had in Hanoi. Jesse’s place is exactly as it looks in the pictures and it was clean, with a comfy bed. We were really impressed by Jesse’s communication- the couple of questions we had were answered within minutes. The apartment is above an excellent coffee shop (seriously, great coffee) and a 2 mins walk to train street, or 10 min walk to beer street. We found it to be very quiet at night, so slept well. We won’t hesitate to stay here again!

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

We had best experience while stay in Anna's house. The house exactly looks like in the photo. So comfortable with tropical vibes of the balcony. Super complete aminities and utilities. Anna was so kind, she let us to store out luggages while we already checkout and waiting for the bus to Sapa in the night and it's for FREE! She's also give us 30 minutes additional times for take a shower and changing clothes even already 9.00pm. I highly recommended this house to stay while in Hanoi!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Vu's property. Location wise it is in a terrific spot, literally metres from the Operah House and close to some excellent attractions and amenities. The property is rather unique spread across 4 levels offering excellent privacy for multiple guests. Vu is an excellent host and was reliable before, during and after our stay.

May was a wonderful host, for example very responsive when there was an issue with the air conditioning having it repaired within 24 hours. She also offered lots of recommendations for sightseeing and eating in the area and was flexible about check in and out times. We stayed at two of May’s places both were lovely, clean, in great locations and the beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in in Vietnam.

I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay. The host was incredibly attentive, kind, and accommodating. The place was spotless and well-maintained, perfect for our family's needs. We all had a great night's sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings and comfortable beds. The host also provided all the basic personal hygiene essentials, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen and dining area were clean, well-equipped, and spacious, making mealtime a breeze. We were also grateful for the host's flexibility when we needed to stay an extra hour without any extra charge. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back someday. とても滞在しやすい場所です。 近くには有名なフォーやブンチャーの店もあり朝からローカルグルメを楽しめます。 旧市街にはGrabタクシーを使ってすぐに行けます。 部屋には滞在に必要なものは揃っていてワイングラスがあったのは嬉しかったです。 洗濯機と乾燥機は共同で使えるものが1階にあります。 オーナーとのコミニケーションはすぐに取れるため、色々な事を相談にのってくれます。 9日滞在して最高でした。 ハノイに行く時は、また利用させて下さい。

숙소 들어가는 입구부터 대 만족이었습니다. 건물 자체가 깔끔하고 보안이 안전해서 좋았어요. 집가는게 설렐 정도였습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 필요한 것들은 대체로 다 있어요. 물론 집에서 조리를 따로 해먹은게 없고 과일만 먹고 다 밖에서 사먹었었는데요, 만약 무언가를 해드시려면 꼭 뭐뭐 있는지 체크해보세요~ 호텔보다 편하고 깨끗하고 넓고 좋았어요. 다시 하노이를 가게된다면 또 이 숙소로 가고 싶은 정도예요! 여러 명소들을 도보로 가기에도 정말 좋았어요.

Superb location! The house was very accommodating and had abundant amenities, like everything we could ask for. Also, Nga is always helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this place, truly remarkable.

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

Loan und Phuong waren großartige Gastgeber. Von Beginn der Buchung bis zur Abreise standen Sie uns mit hilfreichen Informationen und einer ausführlichen Beschreibung zum Check-in zur Seite. Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ich kann die Wohnung als auch Loan und Phuong als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.
